What services do you offer?
With over 15 years of experience, we offer full service property management. These services include:
  • Application review and approval
  • Move-in and move out inspections, including photography of the home
  • Tenant relations/problem solving
  • Manage & coordinate work orders

What do your services cost?
We offer two management plans to best fit your needs:

Our Technology
Base 10% Management Plan
  • Management Fee: 10% of monthly rent
  • Tenant Procurement Fee: First full month’s rent
  • Included Services: All services listed above
  • Includes a yearly inspection near the time of renewal to ensure tenant care & maintenance of the home.
Preferred 15% Management Plan
  • Management Fee: 15% of monthly rent
  • Tenant Procurement Fee: First full month’s rent
  • Included Services: All services listed above
  • Additional Special Services: We change A/C filters monthly and do a monthly onsite spot check, ensuring tenant care & maintenance of the home. We inspect for pipe leaks, lawn care, A/C maintenance, and more.
How do you keep costs down?
We save owners on repairs costs and home services. Because we work closely with our preferred vendors, we get the best rates for their services.

How do we communicate with you?
We offer an online portal for owner statements, property photos, notes and direct communication concerning your property that is available 24/7 to streamline communications. We also provide weekly updates to keep you informed.

Do you handle tenant disputes?
Yes. Our goal is to take the stress out of owning rental property, and this includes dealing with tenant concerns and disputes.

Can I sell my property when I am done renting?
Not only do we have a dedicated property manager with over 15 years of management experience, but we also have a real estate broker as a partner. This means we can assist you with selling if you wish to sell at some point.
